O modelo de importação é um documento criado pela nossa equipe. Sua finalidade é auxiliar o upload de listas de contato, e facilitar a personalização dos disparos.

Para ter acesso a esse documento, siga o paso-a-passo:

1. Faça login no seu painel através da URL <mark style="color:green;">`https://painel.hotmobile.com.br/`</mark>&#x20;
2. No menu do seu painel, clique em ***"Contatos > Importar Contatos"***.
3. Na parte direita da sua tela você encontrará duas opções de documento: Excel e CSV.
