# Configurando mensagens através do Meta / Facebook

1 - Acesse <https://adsmanager.facebook.com/adsmanager>.

O Focebook é conhecido pela constante mudança na sua interface, seja por tipo de navegador ou versões operacionais utilizadas, assim pode ser que os prints não estejam exatamente iguais ao que você vê na sua tela.

2 - Certifique-se de que você está na sua **conta de anúncios** correta.

3 - Clique em **Configurações**, no simbolo da engrenagem.

4 - Clique em **Contas do Whatsapp** e escolha a conta de Whatsapp desejada.&#x20;

5 - Clique em **Gerenciador do WhatsApp.**

6 - Na tela seguinte, selecione **Gerenciar modelos** e clique no botão **Criar modelo** do lado direito.

7 - Se você quiser usar a opção me mensagem **Utilidade**, por exemplo, clique em **Ir para a biblioteca de modelos**. Ele vai mostrar diversos modelos de mensagens que, caso você utilize, é mais provável que o Meta aceite a classificação. Caso a sua mensagem seja muito diferente, é possível que a Meta entenda como modelo de Marketing, por exemplo.

8 - Preencha os dados solicitados. Do lado direito, aparece o exemplo de como a mensagem irá para o destinatário. Você pode inserir **Cabeçalho, Rodapé e Botões** de forma opcional.  Após preencher, clique em **Enviar para Análise** no canto inferior direito da tela.

9 - No painel de modelos, você irá acompanhar a **Categoria** (que pode mudar conforme auditoria do Meta) e o **Status da mensagem**. Aguarde até que a mensagem esteja <mark style="color:$success;">**Ativa**</mark>.
